Joining Phoenix
Phoenix is a “Fully-Mutual” co-operative, meaning that everyone living in its properties must be a member and only people living in its properties can be members.
We operate a Direct Applicant Waiting List
You do not have to be referred by the Local Authority.
We only take applications from Single People
Due to the nature of our properties we do not accept families or married couples.
From time to time we have to close our Waiting List, if you wish to enquire about our list please contact the office. It is likely that you will be offered a room in a shared house at the outset. We do acquire a select number of self contained properties, however these are offered internally to our existing members first.
